These Terms of Service govern your use of the Me & You app and website. By downloading or using Me & You, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Me & You. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are using the app on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to agree to these terms on their behalf.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Please use a strong password and notify us immediately at hello@meandyou.love if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Me & You is designed for personal, non-commercial use between couples. You agree not to:
The prompts, questions, and content within Me & You are our original work and are protected by copyright. You may use them within the app for personal purposes, but you may not reproduce or distribute them without our written permission.
Any content you create or share within the app (such as responses to prompts) remains yours. You grant us a limited license to store and display that content to you and your partner within the app.
Some features of Me & You may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and are governed by Apple's terms and conditions. We do not directly process or store payment information.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods, except where required by applicable law.
Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using Me & You, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
Me & You is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for any relationship outcomes resulting from use of the app.
Me & You is not a substitute for professional counseling or therapy. If you are experiencing serious relationship difficulties, we encourage you to seek qualified professional help.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Me & You and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Me & You after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Me & You will be resolved in the courts of the United States.
